Interviewing can be very intimidating. You can really bolster your confidence by building an understanding of common interviewing techniques and by being prepared with a handful of “go to” accomplishments. For example, become very familiar with behavioral interviewing – a very commonly employed technique. Once you understand behavioral interviewing, you can build a small arsenal of accomplishments and learn how to respond to questions using the STAR approach.
